My name is Aigerim, and I’ve been working as a nail technician for over 10 years. For the past 2 years, I’ve also been teaching and sharing my knowledge with students in different countries, gaining experience with a variety of techniques, standards, and client expectations. Like many nail techs, I didn’t start with perfect results. I struggled with technique, consistency, and confidence in my work. There were times when I worked for months without earning — just practicing, learning, and trying to understand what truly creates clean, high-quality results. Over time, I developed a precise, structured approach focused on detail, nail health, and consistency — the kind of work clients notice and come back for.
